boot lock

i seem to have to push my boot lock button in 3 to 4 times now for the boot to open, everytime i push it i can hear the motor running but the boot doesnt open straight away, i have replaced the boot struts but it still does it

Sounds like the latch is a bit sticky, clean it with WD40 then use a proper grease spray to lube it.
If this doesn't work try wedging the white part of the latch as it may have become loose.
