Boot won't open

Hello,

This morning I had a problem with my boot.
My car was unlocked and I should be able to open the boot/trunk by pressing the button (lock)

This didn't work out and it also doesn't work if I put my key in the lock and turning it to the right (which should unlock it..)
The second problem is that my infrared remote doesn't work anymore (I can't lock/unlock my car with it )The evening before it was working perfectly fine and the batteries in the remote are brand new, I think it's a fuse, But which..? And if it's not a fuse what's the problem then?

Maybe someone on here knows the solution..?
