I have to rebuild the gearbox on my Puma,
and i think it's a not bad idea to buy and mount an lsd :grin:
this is for fast road use the week end, and little trackday not competition or rally build.
wich is the best choice of lsd in that list:
- escort rs turbo lsd
- genuine racing puma lsd
- quaife lsd
- or a better idea, i see other type of ib5 lsd on ebay
i want a longlife system, i don't want to open the gearbox and rebuild the lsd every year :lol:
and for the gearbox ratio,
i want to use an genuine ST 150 gears ratio for 1/2/3/4th (buy 50€ some years ago), i know it same as 1.7,
but maybe it's stronger ?? what do you think ?
and for the 5th and final drive, i want to use an puma 1.6/fiesta zs ratio
good idea ? or not ?
