Evening Troops! Got a query for your fine selves.

My sisters 03/CLIO i think it is keeps cutting out due to some stupid electrical fault. It loses extream amounts of power at junctions etc and can cut out at random. It's been through the garage and all the rest of it and the problem still exists!

Anyways. My questions is this,

Anyone got any idea where the Diagnostic input is ? I've got sumit to diagnose the problem but i haven't a clue where the input is so would appreciate any help you may have.

:-D

"....... the OBD-II connector is required to be within 2 feet of the steering wheel (unless an exemption is applied for by the manufacturer, in which case it is still somewhere within reach of the driver)."

Apparently the 51's had them under the ashtray, check there first.

It is the crank sensor on top of the gearbox it does not give a fault code very often has it got the single coil packs on.

their is a security plate on top of the ecu which comes undone ond cuts through the wiring if it is still on take it off and bin it
