connects2 ???

Hi all I just fitted the connects2 and I'm very unhappy with it. I was under the impression I could see track names change from playlist to playlist and track to track(from the head unit) .but atm it is more or less an aux connection, Does anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong ?

you wont get playlist or names on headunit,it will only control changing of song/album,fast forward etc,it basicaly uses the function as a cd changer

Ok but I can't even do that through the head unit only thing I can control is the volume :/

Do you have the correct adaptor plug things for the end of it? Newish ipods and iphones need an extra item to allow charging etc and this may affect the correct operating of the unit?

I've got one and it works perfect with iPhone and iPod Classic

Same here - I'd check all the connections first.
