Cosworth Design 16 inch ...

I want to fit some bigger brakes (300mm Mondy) and at the same time will change the wheels, mainly because I don't really like the Milly wheels that became standard on later cars.

The Mondeo Si/Zetec 16 inch wheels were ET40, I don't want to add spacers to make up the difference and I really don't want to change the offset at all, were ET35's available in this style? I've read someone fitted ET35's but where to source them?

No they were all ET40 so I don't know where you read that. What's the big deal with not fitting some 5mm spacers?

Would prefer no spacers and extra load on the studs.

I think the 'Cosworth' ones were ET35, the Mondeo ones were ET40

Not listed as an option for the Puma, only the "F1" design.

The Cosworth design alloys were a dealer option, but not for the Puma.

The ET35 do crop up on the odd occassion second hand, but not very often.
The ET40 ones are more readily available, but not the most ideal fit.
