Custom Dashcam

Hi all,

Is it possible to make a custom dashcam that will record to an ssd hard drive as opposed to an SD card?

I don't see why not. Here's something similar, I'm sure you could write to a USB mSSD instead of the USB memory stick

Very easy. Raspberry Pi, Pi Cam and http://pidashcam.blogspot.co.uk.

I'm not sure why you would want to, the cost would be about the same as an e-Prance dashcam.
