Dark Blue Kat in Lowestoft

The sun has brought them all out. I have seen so many kats today in a variety of colours, including this dark blue one in Halfords car park. Is this a respray or was it made for the European market?

Looks like state blue, definitely a European colour. Could be that the NI plates are original. k:
