Dead dash

Popped to the shop tonight and halfway there the dash died, indicator lights still worked but nothing else. Car still drove fine though.

Turns out the dash fuse is the same as the centre brake light and the wire for that had a bit of bare wire. Easy repair but I thought I was in for an electrickery nightmare

The wire for the centre brake light is totally bodged by Ford IMO - goes under the boot seal :? and then onto the gas strut.. Or is that just mine :lol: Totally rubbish.
