Afternoon all,
Has anyone attempted to 'fill' the spaces in the existing mounts with polyurathane structural adhesive such as Sikaflex 252?
I'm thinking of changing the mounts on my track car and I've seen a few DIY jobbies done. Providing the shore hardness is not to high (252 is only shore 55, maybe i should be harder) I can't see any problems, it can only make it better? Although maybe the effort is not worth the end result over just buying some off the shelf, but I'm always up for a bit of diy.
The Sikaflex stuff is only £15.20 delivered on ebay so not going to break the bank.

Thoughts welcome.
Cheers
