For sale a DIY throttle body set up spaced to fit the Ford Zetec engine (1.25, 1.4, 1.6, 1.7) with custom manifold made from the OE manifold. The throttle bodies are from a Suzuki GSXR 1000.

The throttle bodies have been modified to work with the Zetec engine (secondary throttle plates removed, injector holes blanked, brake servo vacuum feeds fitted, throttle linkage modified, throttle cable holder added).

Also included is a quick release air filter with backing plate, brake vacuum hose with one way valve, all silicone and jubilees needed to connect the bodies to the manifold and a modified loom which allows the bike throttle position sensor to connect with the Puma.

This setup will run with the standard management but you really need an aftermarket ECU to run the engine properly. The engine overfuels at idle and underfuels at WOT on standard management. See below videos to see the bodies in action.

The price is £250, this is very cheap as you would struggle to buy the individual parts for this price, located in NE38.

Please be aware if you are thinking of buying that there is still some work needed to fine tune and get these bodies fully working. It is not a plug and play solution. You really need to be looking at having aftermarket management fitted to make the most of these bodies. If you want a fit and forget solution you are looking at something at least 4 times the cost.

Thanks for looking, and questions please ask.

Hi bud.. Will have them off u.wots left to do on them.. Just the ecu management. Can u pm me ur details. Cheers

All that should be left to do to get them running well is to balance up the throttle plates and then fit the aftermarket ecu and get it mapped. I've sent you my details via PM.

I've got someone coming on Tuesday to collect. If it doesn't go through for whatever reason I'll let you know.
