Hi, There is no reason why anybody with a hammer cant use my DIY kit to produce rear arch repair panels.

Refering to the diagram cut two pieces of plywood to the arch repair shape. Then cut the same in metal with extra for the flange.
Sandwich the metal between the wood with plenty of g clamps.
Hammer the flange down to create the curve.

To do the other side simply turn the assembled sandwich upside down.

:) have you done this?
Hi red, not yet, but in the seventies I worked in a back street body shop.
Rather than buying sills the owner had us make them on the bench.
We clamped sheet metal to the bench and formed the sills with a hammer forming a curve if needed with a pipe along the full length.
Some of the shapes were quite complex Austin 1100 for example.

The repair for the Puma is a doddle by comparison and this simple jig should make perfect panels as long as plenty of clamps are used.

I can see this working. Got to be worth a go when you consider the cost of the repair strips or 206 wings. I'll be trying it when I have a go at my red ones arches.
