Door card inserts

Morning all

I've just got a full Millie interior to go in Koshka, as my car has the chrome/twill interior and also manual wing mirrors we've decided to just swap the inserts over onto the current door cards.

Just wondering how to re-attach the inserts onto the door cards as we've snapped all rivets removing them.
