engine managment light on

back again red, the tyre is 195/65 so I guess its to wide?? It will have to stay in the boot I think as no need to pay out for another. Still waiting for my first class postage tester for engine management light.

No it's not too wide it's too tall ie the diameter is bigger that's why it won't fit in the carrier. It might also be a bad idea as a spare because if you stick it on the front it may damage the diff but it might also disable your ABS system if put anywhere on the car and leave an ABS warning light on.

Semantics I guess, it depends how you have the wheel laying, if it's fitted its too tall but in the carrier being the other way around it's too wide?
