It THIS stuff any good? If so what length do I need for my FRP and is it easy to install?

Yep it is good. Couldn't tell you how much I used but it makes it much easier with the manifold off in your hand.

How much is some and what colour is it? And do you need the straps shown on that page?

yep it is good. i use stainless jubilee clips....as the wrap does deteriorate and need redoing after a few years worth of snags

It is white, about 20 meters long, so more than enough. But i dont have the stainless straps as i used them. They are cheap enough and probably pick them up somewhere like halfarce or B&Q

If I get the wrap I'm thinking about putting the spray stuff on. How much longer will it last with the spray on there? Oh, also, is it good on stainless steel?

20 meters is not enough ..... 25 - 30 meters .. for a milltech 4.2.1 !
