Flywheel, Clutch Kit, Slave Cylinder

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a 2000 plate standard 1.7 ford puma. Having driven the car for almost a month and discovering an unusual knocking noise i have been met with the bad news that the dual mass flywheel needs replacing. I have been quoted various prices for the repair but would like to look into the possibility of sourcing my own parts to see if this may bring the cost down. I have begun the usual search, ebay, google etc. Does anybody here have a supplier reccomendation or sources other than the usual?

Would really appreciate any help on this!

Dual Mass Flywheel?

The Puma doesn't have one. Try another garage for a repair quote. Look in the servicing section for a list of recommended garages that might be local to you.
