We are proud to offer our Ford Puma Race car for sale. The car was originally built as a development car for a one make series based on the Puma model. The car was built from the ground up in 2013. All ASN and FIA homologations necessary for national and internationa events.
1.7 zetec s engine, fully rebuilt using all new bearings, rings and seals. Skimmed head, Newman Cams ph2 camshafts, 4-2-1 manifold, and fully custom exhaust. Currenty running standard managment.
Fully rebuilt gearbox, with 1.7 ratios and a shorter final drive (4.25). Viscous LSD from Ford RST.
Bullet prouf 220mm OC Motorsport paddle clutch
Disc brakes all round. EBC Slotted 280mm front brake discs, Mondeo V6 callipers. 253mm rear discs with focus rear callipers. EBC yellowstuff pads. Earl‘s braded front brake hoses, screw type bias valve.
Avo GTZ coilovers with adjustable dampening.
Custom built front suspension with Fluro „Motorsport Spec“ spherical bearings allowing for camber adjustment. Polly bushed all round.
FIA/ASN homologated cage. Sparco PRO ADV TS seat with head restraints, Sandtler sponsor belts, everything new in 2014.
Since it was built the car did ~200 km of testing, 4 sprint races and a 1000 km endurance race where it finished 6th in the 3.0l. class beating a renault clio mk4 cup car and many more powerful cars. The car was always 100% reliable and never crashed (not even even scratched).
Many spare parts including slick and semi slick tires, new EBC and Ferodo pads, discs, a spare set of Avo GTZ coilovers with springs, driveshafts, suspension parts etc. Too much to list, but enaugh spares to run a couple of endurance races or a season of sprint races.
880 kg dry weight. Very easy to drive. Perfect for many sprint and endurance races.
