Evening all, hoping someone can help, hoping its a TPS issue but I have unplugged that and checked it all and it seems to be ok.
Just a slight issues with my W reg 1.7 Puma.
This afternoon en route to Tesco for some fuel i noticed it sounded a bit rev heavy. When sopped at lights it was idling flat at about 2k, and when pressing the accelerator (in neutral) it would jump up but take alot longer than normal to return, but wouldn't go back to 800-1200 like normal, only 1.5-2k.
When driving along and depressing the clutch the revs would bounce around if still in gear, but put into neutral it would stay flat at 1.5/2k.
Also, when turning the car on it takes 15 seconds for the revs to return to its new "normal".
I have uploaded some videos to Youtube that show what I'm talking about -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLqdWjlnblg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - shows the revs bouncing when in gear but clutch depressed

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a25rgCVIjpQ" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - both these are when started up, and takes a while to get back to "normal"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DLj99A8XKc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - showing start up from the inside
Any ideas?
Coolant is just below minimum however has been like that for a while as I only drive a 5 mile round trip to work and haven't gone on any long journeys for a while. MOT in Feb. Cam belt changed 8000 miles ago and did a oil change about 1000 miles ago.
