How to remove front seat headrest supports and tilt handle?

Does anyone here know how to remove plastic headrest plugs and mushroom looking tilt handle from front seat backrest without damaging them? I´m trying to replace seat covers..

i dont think you can as when they go in the seat they got clips that come from the side off the plugs stopping it from coming back out. call ford up i bet you can sill buy them :?: , if you pull the seat cover off wef out pulling them out just take ur time.

I found very good instructions from Ford´s own TIS manual.

It seems I just have to roll backrest cover up to reveal those plugs. Then it is possible to push clips in and pull whole plug out. Tilt handle "mushroom" has a top "hat" which must be removed using screwdriver and then cable which is attached to handle can be pushed thru it.
