how to test faulty cable injector plug back to ecu

hi could anyone tell me how to test if i have a faulty cable from injector rail plug back to fuse box or ecu ,, got a injetor thats not firing ,,tried different injector rail and ecu and same injector still doesnt fire so must be a fault in the cable but dont know what cable it is or how to test any help would be great
