there arn;t many cheap options to gain a lot though, remapping will only gain single figure BHP gains

A remap is on my list. I've had it done to my Fiesta ZS and it made a surprising difference although it is a super unleaded only map so can take more advance. I may also invest in a different exhaust manifold and sports cat, before things start getting more expensive and involved.

thanks you's, im defo going to go with a remap, does anyone know if the "JS Performance hoses" make much of a difference?

Induction hose or coolant hoses ? as they are just for looks mainly

I would go for black unless you've got an uprated clutch, the power gains from green hoses will wreck the stock clutch very quickly.
