My FRP Inlet seems to whine when ticking over?

It definately a strange whining noise coming from the inlet if you put your ear against the inlet its fairly loud.
Also when accelarating it seems to make a fairly loud sucking/wooshing noise are these common? As it seems a bit strange to me as i've only done 60 miles in my new engine and its only recently it seems to make these noises.

Any help is appreciated

whooshing sounds about right, dunno about the whine...maybe an air leak (which could also make the whooshing louder)
