Yeah it's the 1.6 with the se engine(which happens to have a leak)Dal said:[post]357147[/post]Catweasel said:[post]357146[/post] Hi and welcome. Is your Puma a 1.6 as shown in your model details ?
It came out the factory as a 1.6 at least with that registration plate.. who knows..
Probably it will fail, but don't give up. I spent £800 on my Puma last year, but never let me down. I love the red colour, if it's lowered and the badge is off, from behind it looks like a mini super-sport car.alanmk5 said:[post]357429[/post] My puma's going in for it's mot tomorrow
i'm really not sure, it's had advisories for the sills, i had a look and they don't seem too bad, looks a bit scabby but looks like it's been done by foot scuffs and the like so not too concerned
it might need a new tyre but that's no major hassle, the bit i'm worried about is stuff like suspension components, brake lines, bushes and bearings
really depends on how it gets on tomorrow, if it fails and it's going to cost me hundreds i think i'll just sell it on
we'll see
Sorry to hear that...:-(alanmk5 said:[post]357461[/post] Did fail, big style, black marks for the sills, handbrake only on one wheel and power steering leaking, put it up for sale, if it doesn't go i might just take it off the road but the last thing i'll do is scrap it
