i'm starting to think about which parts to put on my project and decided on putting a Weitec GT Coilover Kit adjustable from 35mm down to 75mm now hears the problem i'm fitting Oxigin ox14 oxrock ( called that in the demon tweeks book) these are 17"x7.5 will it lower 75mm on them

any ideas cheers

Yes they will 'fit'... however, bumps and corners are different, they will seriously rub and over time, there is a metal join above the wheel arch liner, the wheels will push the arch liner against it in motion over bumps, cut through and the cut away at your tyre... late stage is your tyre bursts at speed.

I advise against the use of 17's with a drop of 75mm 35-40mm is more acceptable.
