Hello!

Has just gotten my new ford-stickers fitted on the sides and thinking about adding some black on the car and adding white to my mirrors. Did a bit of photoshoping but would appreciate some help in deciding what to go for!

Now:

Option 1 (White mirrors and fully black "top":

Option 2 (White mirrors and black roof):

I could also keep it as it is but overall it's fun to change a bit as my dad is a resprayer which means it's not as complicated to get the parts resprayed as it is for most ppl.

I personally think the 2nd option is quite bold but overall I kind of like it as it looks a bit like the new Fiat 124 Abarth. The 1st option would give the car a fresh look without really being a big "risk".

So pls tell me what you think! :)

I think that the roof and top of the boot is enough to `2 tone` the car.
I don`t think the painted bonnet looks that good (too much)
Also, rather than black, have you considered a funky printed wrap for the roof? Flat colour can look cheap, very easily.

White Ford badges would work well on your car too.

Thanks for your insight! I'm also not convinced about it looking good on the bonnet and with no black bonnet I would then just do the roof and leave the boot blue.

For me it's just either black roof or I go full out and do black bonnet, roof and the whole boot. But overall I'm not convinced but I also think that it in best case actually could look very good.

I know that I will start doing the roof anyway and can afterwards do the bonnet and boot so atleast that makes it easier. :)

Sorry, HampusSoder, but maybe I'm old-fashioned - I think it looks fantastic just as it is!

Appreciate the honest opinions, so far I seem to be the only one liking the black top idea, mostly wanted to see here what the opinions were as my dad didn't like the idea. We usually think ridiculously similar on these sorts of things so I now got very split when we didn't agree.

What I know now for sure is that I will firstly try the white mirrors when the sides are resprayed in a few weeks. I will then do the black roof if I still like that idea!

I'm still not fully gonna give up on the idea of a fully black top as I still like it but I will definitely think twice now as I know it's not very popular. :)

A small change on the black top option is to just do half the boot as the black boot from behind would maybe look a bit out of place.

My biggest worrie is how the black bonnet would look, and I'd definitely not do the black boot without the black bonnet!
