Puma Wont Start Help

Hi all, we have just changed the fuel tank on my sons Puma, and now it wont start.
The fuel pump can be heard running but there is no fuel coming out of the pump with the line disconnected.
Can anyone offer any suggestions?

A trivial one but did you reopen up the fuel cut off valve?

Not sure if this is possible to do , but if you removed the fuel lines from the top of the fuel sender , did you refit the go and return the correct way around?

As it sounds like the pump is sucking air via the return which probably sits higher in the tank.
