Rear speaker locations

Before i rip apart the interior to be disappointed, I understand some pas came with 4 speakers in the rear. Does anyone know exactly where these additional speakers mount and what size they are? Also are the mounts already there on lesser specced models??

the rear speakers are behind the rear door cards i believe there was an additional add on where there was a 8 inch sub in the rear bins.
