Recirculate button not working

Has anyone had this happen to them and where do I start investigating?!

It's a minor issue but annoying at times.

I wouldn't change the particulate filter either! New ones are over a grand!

To put my two pence in, the diesels that are emitting place smoke either have a problem with engine or a problem with the person that runs it with maintaining it properly

Have you tried pressing the button whilst the blower is on max? It might just be the light on the button not working? If the car starts steaming up you know it's working ok
