Rust hidden by fuel tank, need to check to avoid chassis corrosion

Hi everybody,

I come back after a long time ...
Last month I pass the MOT with success with my puma and before going home the engine didn't start ... I am so lucky :lol:
Finaly I found the issue which was the fuel pump, petrol didn't come to the engine.

This pump was dead, I decide to replace it but in our puma we have to unmount all the fuel tank to access to this pump.
But I found a big problem, I found a chassis corrosion as you can see on the picture that I upload.
I fixed the problem with a welding and new paint.

Does some other people have this problem ?
Hope I am alone and don't forget to check if you have not this problem.
The area is located on the rear left behind the fuel tank.

MOT cannot find this problem because the area is hidden by the fuel tank but can have big damages.
