Scraping noise when turning left

When hard turning left I can hear a scraping sound coming from what seems to be the drivers side front wheel. Could this possibly be the wheel bearing?

or brakes

If it was the brakes, I'd expect it to be constant, not just when turning in one direction.


Is anything catching on our mudflaps? Arch lining where it should be? Where's the noise coming from?
