Seized coil overs help

My coilovers have seized I have cleaned the thread up with a wire brush it's the height adjuster ring i put them on the car in the hope it would be easier I have the proper spanner but just won't budge any suggestions would be great .

you could put plusgas on them then soak them in diesel
