Shell Helix HX7

Hi,
with regard to the above oil, Shell Helix HX7 5W-30 it is labeled 'Shell's unique formulation for Ford'. It is fully synthetic and meets specification Ford WSS-M2C-913A and B. I looked in my Puma handbook and this is the same exact spec that is recommended.
I have 5 liters, now knowing that a semi synthetic supposedly the oil to use, should I go head and use the Shell Helix ?

Just put it in matey. I bought some oil for mine the other week and that was fully synthetic.

Me too, garage did last oil change on mine (cause I was being lazy) - they used semi synth - so I changed to this last week after only 900 miles .
Must say can tell difference much smoother.
