My 1.7 is fitted with Motorcraft Platinum AYFS22PP. I’ve mislaid the owners manual for now, as well as my feeler gauges. Referring to this forums posts archive, they appear to be a pretty standard plug, but posts here are saying they should be gapped at 1.3mm?
Looking on Amazon/Halfords for a replacement set of gauges, but the thickest blade on these sets, at least the ones I’ve looked at, is about 0.88mm. Strange.
Currently using a 1p piece (1.6mm) to roughly see if the gaps are too big.
