Standard suspension height

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone has a set of standard shocks laying around! I have some used AP coilovers to go on the Puma and the car needs to go into Ford to have the fuel pump looked at so I was going to get them to swap the shocks around as the standards are starting to leak. I have no idea what settings the AP's are on in terms of ride height so my thinking was to compare the spring height between some standard shocks and the APs to get a rough idea as I'm not going to have much input when they're fitted!

I have some rear shocks and a full set of springs if that helps?

Ford TIS Ride Height Specifications:
Nominal curb height (wheel centre to arch, measured at wheel centreline):
Front - 375mm
Rear - 378mm

Mine is at:
Front - 340mm
Rear - 350mm

After having G-Max suspension fitted all round.
