Top mount

Right trying to lower the puma, how do i get the top mount off the rear shock?!

There should be something in here to help. Remember safety first and have the spring compressors equal.

compress the spring and remove the circlip

The rears are a bit more awkward to work on than the fronts...

the bloody little circlips on the FRP dampers are a nightmare..... a bit easier with standard springs..

Eventually did it lol those circlips are a bugger and trying to do the job without a deep end spanner........nightmare!! Lol

Is the suspension all changed over/lowered now!?

Yeah its all done , but looks not much different on the back but you can tell on the front :/
might need to grind a coil out lol

oh thats a shame :-( dont cut the springs tho its abit dangerous! it weakens the springs and they could snap, so it was 60 on the front and 40 on the back? if it was me i would just try and find some 60mm rear springs,that would made it 60mm all round which is pretty low but should be ok and will look sweet.
