Has anyone else noticed the trend towards 'punk' music in tv ads recently?

The Skids 'Into the valley' on the Halfords ad

The Buzzcocks 'Ever fallen in love' for the Kia C'eed

and worst of all The Clash 'London's calling' for British airways

what happened to Punk being anti-establishment?

"Yeh, stick it to the man"...unless you're going to pay as lots of money to advertise your multi-million pound corporations!!! :-(
