Unit/workshop to rent/share in Coventry or Leamington Spa

Hi Everyone,

I'm faced with the possibility of moving out of my house share that currently features a double garage, to a flat with no such facilities.

Does anyone have any suggestions for renting a workshop or unit in the Coventry/Leamington spa area?

Ideally looking for some shared space that doesn't break the bank. Perhaps someone else is also looking for such an arrangement!
