What material is the ford racing puma inlet manifold?

Aluminium?

yep. at a guess the high silicon stuff cylinder heads are made from

yup, get a dremel in the crack (?) to add a 'valley' then fill with weld, file smooth....

Its actually got a hole in the top of it about the size of 50p! Looks like the bonnet catch or something was dropped or hit the top after it was crashed i reckon! If it s aluminium i will just get a patch welded over it, then buzzed smooth.
I may even get my engineer friend of mine to see how easy he could replicate the inlet as im sure we wouldn't have a problem shifting them would we???

u can take the bottom half off, patch it from the inside to make it look nicer on the outside....


i reckon theyd def sell....
