Torque settings for these and the big ends?

Finding it very hard to come across these last few pieces to my jigsaw, when i speak to our ford parts people and workshop they keep telling me to buy a new bottom end from ford -.- which is not going to happen especially at there prices.

Any help would be great

Could i have the number for SEP? I'm currently waiting on chris at lms to return with a price and avalibility on the main bearing bolts.

The shawspeed sight doesnt list 1.7?
