Has anyone had any problems with their windscreen washer intermittently working?? If so how did you fix it

If the washer pump motor runs for both front a rear washers, it could be a blockage. If the rear washer works but the front doesn't it could well be the switch which is part of indicator/wiper switch, I believe there are 2 versions, early analogue and later digital speedometer.

I have to press it on and off it get it to squirt , and if I hold it on it won’t squirt but the pump is going

Could be the filter on the pump, accessible after removing the wheel and the arch liner.

The normal problem is a blocked pump. Using too much additive can cause this. There are 2 pumps, one for the front and one for the back.

On mine by there is only one pump, the polarity is reversed for the rear washer, I know because I had all to pieces when I i got my Red Puma and the rear washer wasn't working, it turned out to be a blocked hose.
