So looking at under sealing the Puma beast soon before winter to give him some protection. I think im going to go for the Bilt hamber UB spray stuff for ease of use. But my car already has some very old looking under-seal on, do i need to remove this before I spray the new stuff on?

Is there any other products that people can recommend for winter protection too?

Cheers :)

What's the existing underseal, original Ford coating, aftermarket "rubberised" coating, "Waxoyl" type coating?

I degreased/cleaned the underside/wheel arches with Bilt-Hamber Surfex HD.

When dry:
Wire-brushed and applied Bilt-Hamber Hydrate 80 on existing rust, then coated with Hamerite No1 Rust Beater.
Sprayed Bilt-Hamber Dynax S50 in cavities/seams (inside/outside car, under bonnet and in boot).
Brushed on Bilt-Hamber Dynax-UB underneath, including wheel arches.

I did a thread over on PumaPeople.

You've left it a bit late in the year for easy application.

Cheers YOG, The stuff that is on there now is quite possibly fords original application. Ill have a look for your post on PP. You seem to have done what i was planning on doing so will be very helpful. Cheers.

P.s. "You've left it a bit late in the year for easy application." Get off! It's only the 3rd week into autumn!
