Black 1.7 saved from the scrappy

seen the RS300 and its lush, sounds like imtec are rare and expensive tho. have to say when I saw kizza's widebody kit fitted to his car, i thought its a KA....oh dear. The way the imtec kit looks with the arch flares is better and is not anything like a KA - which is a good thing.

Black 1.7 saved from the scrappy

Cheers Red! Aye Ginge, I reckon the seats are just too far away. That means a hunt round our local U-Pullit yard which will have something I like I'm sure. I guess the fiesta and Ka front seats fit straight in, but what about the rears? Puma only yeah? Hopefully they have a selection of...

Black 1.7 saved from the scrappy

Well I got this car a few weeks ago intending to fix it up and sell it, then my diesel work horse died so the puma had to step in as daily driver. 1.7. Looked like this when I got it: Started buffing off the bubbles on the arches: After a bit of knifing putty: Then black the wheels...

OOps apologies, on reading the wiki again yeah I see its only Zinc Yellow - what had caught my eye was the words "Alchemy Blue" but it had been referring to the interior. Ok, now I've managed to offend most of the forum with my blasphemy (lol) can I ask, it says on my TIS page that the...

Oil leak and weird exhaust noise?

Cheers for the info mate, I will get a gasket on Wed and tackle it before the weekend. I think I'll take a look at U-Pullit local breakers cos they are the cheapest around for big bits, full cloth interior is £50 and leather is £80 if they have one.

hahaha ok, yes it has heated windscreen, ac, electric windows and mirrors, abs & tcs and only one switch blank. What i meant was, unless you have a Racing puma, all other editions are merely paint and trim differences. So they're all "ordinary" compared to the Racing one. I knew mine wasnt one...

Oil leak and weird exhaust noise?

Hi lads, 2nd post on the forum - but basically I bought a wee 99 Puma Mil and it runs great, but has 2 problems I need help on... 1. Oil leak when running, from the engine on drivers side front somewhere, runs down behind the pulleys and blows along the bottom of the car, can't see where the...

Hi all, got a Puma Millennium as a project from a mate, then my vectra DTI workhorse died so I'm having to run the puma as my daily. Great little car if a bit small in headroom (and I'm only 5'9 lol) and the damn rearview mirror keeps falling off....grrrrr. Anyway, nice to meet you all (eventually)
