    Tracy's Puma Project

I don't need one at the moment and have nowhere to store one for future but thanks very much for the offer; it's appreciated.

    Tracy's Puma Project

Phase 2 (Prevention is better than cure) is now complete. Actually, I discovered that some of this work was already done during Phase 1. The garage that did the welding to fix the hole in the floor did the wire brush and wax oil treatment on all the underneath that was visible at the same...

    Hello

Hi and welcome to the forum. Wow! What a bargain! You can't go too far wrong at that price even if it needs a bit of work. Looking forward to seeing the pictures.

    Tracy's Puma Project

Hoorah! She passed!   I'm liking the look of this clean bill of health: I collected my Puma from the garage today and the natural order of things is now restored on my drive. Everything listed in Phase 1 is complete! It's good to have her back. So, now for Phase 2.

    Tracy's Puma Project

Thanks Rick for this advice and for the links to your thread and recommended products. I will investigate this further and may come back to you later with questions. I don't think everything is as horrific as the sub frame but I suspect you will be right about the "couple of hours" with the...

    My Puma

The work on my Puma is a little behind schedule and I still don’t have an MOT certificate for her but am making good progress now. I’ve started a new project thread “Tracy’s Puma Project” with details.

    Tracy's Puma Project

    My Puma

Thanks for the well wishes :-). I'll post an update in a couple of weeks when (fingers crossed) she passes her MOT without further issue. Cheers Tracy

    My Puma

I didn’t introduce myself here when I joined this forum recently because I thought I was going to sell my Puma and never revisit the site. I am that one lady owner of the 1.7 Puma and her 40412 miles. Call it insanity or sentimentality but I just couldn’t do it in the end! I’ve been...

    2001 1.7 Puma – 1 lady owner – 40412 miles - SOLD to myself

After reading posts elsewhere on the site I thought it is probably important to add that no filler or spray paint has ever been used on this Puma. The only paintwork ever done was the professional application of an under body coating in 2011. Offers welcome.

    2001 1.7 Puma – 1 lady owner – 40412 miles - SOLD to myself

For sale: 1.7 Puma 2001 (51 plate), Moondust Silver, 40412 miles. The car has a full service history and I have all the MOT certificates and work receipts. It’s always been serviced at the Ford dealer’s and had new genuine Ford parts fitted when needed. The only exception to that was a used...
