Had lots of rattles and looked under this morning to find that the long mid secton of the heatshield is hanging off. I have now removed it completely. Are there any issues with it being left off or do I need to get it back on again?

Anyone know where I can ge a good, inexpensive(!) petrol tank?. Any good aftermarket ones for sale or are they all rubbish?

No , but one of the buttons is obviously knackered, so I was "just" going to replace it, and get a spare for swmbo if it wasn't too expensive.

Hi gang! Just an update. Changed Pads, Wipers, Headlamp bulbs, a little welding, Replaced front ABS sensors and now Got MOT! :grin: Tyres on order, Just need to change rear suspension bushes (on order) and we are good to go. A few other wee things, but I can do them as we go along. Went...

The ABS will "rattle" a bit. You should feel the pedal pumping under your foot too. Maybe you have a seized caliper or something.....?

At least they will be easier to remove next time!! :lol:
