Meet at Harvester Basingstoke at 10am: http://www.harvester...asingstoke.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Depart at 10:15am promptly, via the A339/A32/A272 to Midhurst North street bus station/car park

Depart Midhurst to the Dolphin pub at Haywards heath: http://www.vintagein...nhaywardsheath/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for Sunday lunch.

Afterwards depart to Clayton to see the Jack & Jill Windmills: http://www.jillwindmill.org.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and a great photo opportunity with the South downs spreading out before you, this bit is optional depending on who would be interested, also the car park can be rather cramped at times.

The A272 is not only for Pumas, if you want to tag along on your bike then you are most welcome to, it wont be the first time it has been done

Oooh that sounds tempting.

I am sad and do like the A272 ( not as much as my dad who bought the book.. no really)

Tell you what.
Good weather I will pop along on the bike.
Poor weather I will come in the car.

Yes I am that shallow.

Can I ask for a link to harvester location as the linky isnt working for me?

Ta

Try this link: http://uk.local.yahoo.com/entity.html?p=stag+hounds+harvester&poi=Basingstoke%2C+Hampshire&wid=12034&cid=1003135905" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; if that donesn't work then Google homebase basingstoke which is right beside it.

Sunday, sunny weather and 25-30 degrees predicted, hope to see you there then.

Tiff Needell loved the A272 so much, that he bought a house on the road. :grin:

See you then around 10am
