battery question

whats the correct battery for my puma 1.6. i have been told it needs a calcium one, has anyone every fitted one of these

I think you should fit a calcium battery if car OE was calcium. I did some research a few years ago that suggested the charging parameters were different for a calcium battery, and a standard lead acid would be "cooked" if used.

Mind you, calcium batteries only seem to last about 5 years... Focus is on its second, and Puma on at least, it's third.......

PS - And only buy from websites that can spell......
