Bonnet hinges

Couple of questions to the experts. Firstly how do I remove the bonnet hinges from the car? Obviously there are the bolts that hold it to the bonnet but where are the bolts that hold it to the car itself? The right side is bent and I want to replace it completely.

Secondly, when I bought the car it came with just one 3 button remote. If I wanted another remote key or a non remote as the spare, what are my options?

From memory the bolts go into the chassis from within the engine bay.

2 bolts as I remember, all done by feel, I couldn't see them.
