brake light on brake light off

hi all my car playing games.
the brake light come on but only when i stop braking then 3sec later it go oof it like it only come on when the braks are getting hot but they work fine, car all stop or slow down fine.
it has new pad all rond

Low fluid

As Steve said I had this problem its low on fluid, make sure there isn't any leaks throughout the system too

the fluid is on the max line and there no leaks.

The low fluid sensor is built into the filler cap, check the float is not sticking, but be carefull as you do not want to throw fluid everywhere as you give it a shake.
