Just bought a 2001 puma with 126000 miles on clock. Engine runs really well, sounds normal and pulls hard, however engine management light comes up. I can clear it by disconnecting the battery but it comes up about 50miles later. The only other thing I have noticed is it seems to be chucking out more fumes than my other puma but not excessively. Could this be sensor related?

Maybe cleaning the Lambda sensor will help?

Just had a nosey on ebay and 22mm looks like a good bet as they are nearly all that size. Lambda sockets seem cheaper than spanners.

22mm is the size.
I changed mine recently, but it was so tight, the socket just spun round on the sensor. As I put weight on it, the split up the side just opened further and it just spun round.
I took a gamble in the end and chopped the wires off so I could get a deep socket on it and my long bar I use for my wheels. Came out like it was butter then!! :lol:
