error code p1381 wot is it?

hey can anyone help me please my puma is runnin on tick over but cuts out wen i rev it i had someone plug it in but he dint have the full equipment and could only tell me the error code which is P1381 can anyone tell me wot it is he said could be solenoid, advanced overtiming or sensor i dont have a clue lol wen i try revs it just sounds rough coming from airbox and cuts out please someone help me !
